General Meetings
The Annual General Meeting is Samtrygg's highest decision-making body. The shareholders make decisions in accordance with the rules contained in the Swedish Companies Act and the Articles of Association. The Annual General Meeting is held within six months from the end of the financial year. In addition to the Annual General Meeting, an Extraordinary General Meeting may be convened.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on 6 March 2024 at 1 PM.
If a shareholder wishes a matter to be discussed during the annual general meeting, a written request must be sent to the board no later than January 17, 2024. For such matters, please contact us at ir@samtrygg.se.
